AI-Assisted Catering & Event Business Automation Platform

The completed application supports catering companies through the entire commercial lifecycle, from the first email enquiry to the final invoice. AI assists with understanding and wording; business logic, documents and approvals remain controllable.

Offline-first and self-hosted: SQLite and Ollama enable operation without external cloud dependencies and keep sensitive business and customer data in a controlled environment.

We are currently transferring and extending the full enquiry-to-invoice process for Deli-Gate GmbH. The project validates the reusable platform architecture with a second catering company and accounts for its real workflows and integrations.
