Catering business
Africa Tasty
For a catering business I built two components. The website takes enquiries, checks them and delivers them automatically by email. The workflow software turns enquiries into quotes, order confirmations and invoices as PDF.
A locally run AI reads the emails, spots missing details and writes drafts. Customer data never leaves the business's own server. Everything that goes to customers is approved by a person.
